    I, have applid online for coal india limited on 27th January,2017 and the details are as follows:-
    Reference Number. CIL17785020170127152120134

    This is to inform you that I have paid the examination fees through AXIS BANK Master Debit Card but I am suprised that I have received unsuccessful payment status, but you have deducted 1000 amount from my AXIS BANK Account no.915010031950530

    I have waited for 48 hours for the refund process but have not received any refund. So I am informing you about this deduction and want your concern to this and therefore I am requesting you to return the money to my Account.
    I shall be grateful to you if you kindly look into this situation and help me out soon.

    A transation of Rs. 2907 is done on my account but this transation is not did by me. please help me out.


    It is intimated that a complaint of fraudulent debit of an amount of Rs 2,500/- was made through customer care on 07 Jun 2017 an d on request, the amount was temporary credited on 17 Jun 2017 with an instruction to submit an application either on line or through nearest branch. Accordingly the amount was credited on 17 Jun 2017. On enquiry several time from customer care, it was assured that the amount will be finally credited with 30 working days. But the amount has neither been credited into my account (No 249010100157049) so far nor any intimation was given to me. On again enquiry today (28 Jul 2017), it was intimated that your case has been closed as no application has been submitted by you whereas I have already submitted my application through Deen Dayal Puram Branch, Bareilly copy of the same is enclosed for your ready reference, May I request you to look into the matter and credit the amount at the earliest to avoid financial loss to the individual. Thanking you.

  17. kindly tell your current customer care number,always lines are busy,then how should i clarify my issues.I want to know what is the minimum amount to maintain my account,coz i have salary account,will please answer my queries.

I got call from the courier boy that my new debit card arrived to my old address and I inform that I am not staying in that place so he said to visit my branch so I went to the branch and changed my address even though it has not arrived ,and again I visit to the branch I asked debit card by hand the manager ignored and asked me write address on piece of paper and said it will reach my place with in three four business days ,that happened nearly one month ago and I’m yet to receive and I dnt no where it is it had made my transaction so difficult bcoz of old debit card so I decided to close my a/c with in month
